MMBC SL is not responsible for typographical errors in prices, promotions, offers, promotional gift cards or promotional conditions in general. PURCHASE

 

All orders are fulfilled at our factory and warehouse in Igollo de Camargo, Cantabria , Spain within 3–4 business days. In some periods, as summer, Christmas, staff holidays, would take some delay.

All orders are subject to availability and technical feasibility. When your order is placed we will send you an order confirmation.

Once your package is shipped we will send you an email with a tracking number for the package.

For security reasons, we do not store any payment information in our database.

These terms of use are construed in accordance with Spanish law and you agree that the Spanish courts will have exclusive jurisdiction for any dispute under this agreement.

The laws of your country may be different from the laws in Spain and there may be additional legal requirements for you to use this website.

You must comply with all applicable local and international laws and regulations regarding your use of our website. Factory.flexarchery.com reserves the right to seek all remedies available at law and in equity for violations of these Terms and Conditions, including the right to block access to the site. Violation of the site may be subject to prosecution.

This agreement is governed by the laws of Spain. Each of us agrees to only bring legal actions about this agreement in a Cantabria ( Spain) court.

 

SHIPPING CHARGES

 

Shipping costs will be added to your order, if applicable .

      Free shipping on EU orders over 200€ in products (*) without taxes

 

(*)Applicable to continental and  main lands of : Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Croatia,  Czech Republic, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Spain, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, United Kingdom. 

(*) Excluded all lands with special economic zones or remote lands.

  2- Rest of EU and Europe

Transport quotation is calculate after we check  weight and volume. We will send you an email with this information before payment.

All customs duties and/or local taxes  are not included in prices and we not cover it.

 

3- Rest of world

4.- If an order has been beneficiated for free shipping and a product /s is returned, by any reason, and the value of the remain order does not meet the minimum amount for free shipping we will charge or deduct from refunds the shipping cost paid

 

PAYMENT & PRICES

 

Prices are in Euros

 

 

We accept payment by PayPal and credit/debit card. Payments  across PayPal can be done with a PayPal account or with a valid credit card.

If your country is part of the European Union (EU), prices include spanish VAT applicable. Actually is 21 %.

If you country is outside the European Union (EU), prices will be net. The  order confirmation you receive by email include the value net.

Orders to countries outside the EU may be subject to VAT, import duties and/or taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. Flex Archery ships your package according to Incoterm Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU), which means we do not collect VAT, duties and/or taxes on orders to countries outside the EU and we cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If you do incur any such additional charges they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs. Please contact your local customs office for further information.

 

 

ORDERS DELIVERY

 

All orders are shipped with an effective and affordable cost and we try always to use once can be tracked via freight forwarder's website. Once the parcel has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail confirming ship.

Due to courier restrictions and the risk of payment fraud we cannot deliver to PO Boxes.

 

UNCOLLECTED ORDERS

 

Shipping costs will not be refunded for uncollected or rejected orders items. Return transportation costs will be paid by the customer. In case a refund is applicable, return transport cost will be deducted from refund.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

 

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have a period of 15 calendar days, counting from the delivery date of the order, to return it.

 

You have to send us the product in perfect condition, unused and in its original packaging, including warranties, labels and instructions for use. The return shipment to our warehouse is the responsibility of the customer.

It is very important that you return the product (s) perfectly packed. In the event that the products are damaged due to improper packaging. If the items are not received in their original packaging, incomplete or damaged and in the same condition as you received it a deduction can be made in your refund similar to the decrease of the value of the items.

 

The shipping expenses for returning an order are not covered by us, and must be paid by you, and must also be arranged by yourself.

 

The items are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. Please make sure you pack the return safely to prevent any damage to the products or boxes. Make sure the product’s original packaging is intact. Please keep receipts and tracking numbers as proof of sending the items back

 

Remember that ALL bowstrings and cables are custom made manufactured on demand, with the specifications that you enter in the web, so we do not accept exchanges or returns. Once we receive the merchandise in our warehouses and we verify that all the above conditions are met, MMBC SL will accept the return of the product and will proceed to refund the amount according to the payment method made, and where appropriate, the shipment of the new product:

 

1. If you made the payment by credit card or PayPal, the amount will be credited to the same credit card or PayPal account.

 

You will receive the refund of the amount within a maximum period of 14 days from the receipt of the exchange or return product in our warehouse. Keep in mind that if you paid by credit card, it is likely that your bank will not show you the amount of the refund in your balance until the following month.

Please note  that strings and/or cables , for any type of bows,  are   custom made at the specs you order and are not elegibles for refunding or exchanges.

 

RIGHT OF  WITHDRAWAL

 

The user has the right to cancel his purchase within a period of  2 days from the receipt of the order as long as he communicates within that period, directly by writing an email to factory @ flexarchery . com.

 

 

WARRANTY

Valid for sales to final users.

 

MMBC SL offers its clients a 2-year legal guarantee against manufacturing defects.

Defects or damage due to improper use or handling of the material or wear caused by normal use of the same, are not included in this warranty.

Losses in the functionality of the items, due to their design limitations, are also excluded from the coverage of this warranty.

The repair, payment or replacement will be carried out within a maximum period of 2 months. In the event that it is technically impossible to determine in our after-sales service whether a defect or malfunction comes from manufacturing or misuse, the item will be returned.

If upon receipt of the order, before the product is used, you find a defect or failure in what was received, you will have to contact us through customer service by email at the address factory @ flexarchery . com, we will ask you for a photo of the defect and we will take care of collecting the product, once we receive it, we will proceed to the change or replacement as soon as the production line allows it or in the case of not being possible the refund of the money.
