GOVERNING LAW

 We will expedite your order as soon as possible. All orders are fulfilled at our warehouse in Igollo de Camargo, Cantabria , Spain within 2-5 business days. All orders are subject to availability. When your order is placed we will send you an order confirmation. Once your package is shipped we will send you an email with a tracking number for the package.

 For security reasons, we do not store any payment information in our database.

 These terms of use are construed in accordance with Spanish law and you agree that the Spanish courts will have exclusive jurisdiction for any dispute under this agreement.

The laws of your country may be different from the laws in Spain and there may be additional legal requirements for you to use this website. You must comply with all applicable local and international laws and regulations regarding your use of our website. Factory.flexarchery.com reserves the right to seek all remedies available at law and in equity for violations of these Terms and Conditions, including the right to block access to the site. Violation of the site may be subject to prosecution.

 This agreement is governed by the laws of Spain. Each of us agrees to only bring legal actions about this agreement in a Cantabria ( Spain) court.

SHOOPING

No binding purchase agreement between you and Flex Archery  has been made until you receive a confirmation from Flex Archery .  We reserved the wright to refuse any order for any reason at any time. In this case if you paid by the payment system, we refund by the same way.

 DELIVERIES

We will expedite your order as soon as possible. All orders are fulfilled at our warehouse in Igollo- Spain  within 2-5 business days. All orders are subject to availability. When your order is placed we will send you an order notice.  Any  Once your package is shipped we will send you an email with a relevant information of package.

  SHIPPING CHARGES

Shipping costs will be added to your order, if applicable .

 1- European Union € 15 flat rate  (*)

      Free shipping on EU orders over 200€ (**)

 (*)Applicable to continental and  main lands of : Austria, Belgium,  Czech Republic, France, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain.
Ship to following countries: Slovakia, Slovenia, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Croatia, Estonia, Finland, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania , Malta , Poland , Romania , Sweden , United Kingdom,  Greece . All of them have remote lands and/or islands. We reserve the wright to cancel any order if  customer location is remote land or island. In this case we refund the payment by the same way was paid.

PAYMENT & PRICES

We accept payment by PayPal. Payments  across PayPal can be done with a PayPal account or with a valid credit card.

 If your country is part of the European Union (EU), prices include Spanish VAT applicable. Actually is 21 %.

 If you country is out side the European Union (EU), prices will be net. The  order confirmation you receive by email include the value net.

 Orders to countries outside the EU may be subject to VAT, import duties and/or taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. Flex Archery ships your package according to Incoterm Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU), which means we do not collect VAT, duties and/or taxes on orders to countries outside the EU and we cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If you do incur any such additional charges they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs. Please contact your local customs office for further information.

 Prices are in Euros.

COLLECTING ORDERS

All orders are shipped with the effective and affordable cost possible and we try always to use once  can be tracked via freight forwarder's website. Once the parcel has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail confirming ship.

Due to courier restrictions and the risk of payment fraud we cannot deliver to PO Boxes.

Uncollected items.

Shipping costs will not be refunded for uncollected or rejected items.

EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS

 1. Notify us by email within 10 days of receiving your order, that you want to return something.

2. Send your items with the original packaging back to us within 10 days from your notification. This include  the  item and all additional items  enclose with the product.

3. Fill out the return form, and send it along with the items you want to return.
4. The return shipment cost must be paid by you, and is not covered by Flex Archery.
5. You will receive your refund within 30 days after we receive the notification. However the refund will not be paid before 20 days we have received the items at our warehouse.

6. If the items are not received in their original packaging or incomplete and in the same condition as you received it a deduction can be made in your refund similar to the decrease of the value of the items.

i.e. ALShoes go: a pair of shoes, a bag, and some other stuff. The sum of this items is the product and you need to return all of this items for a full refund.

7. Custom products/items will not refund.

GENERAL TERMS OF RETURNING ITEMS

You may change your mind within 10 days of receiving your items. You have to notify us before the 10 days if you want to return your order. Please Contact us on e-mail:  factory@flexarchery.com if you want to return a product.

After you have received the items you ordered, you may carefully examine in the period of 10 days, but only in a manner as you would if you examined in a store. Have the items been used in excess of what is normal in order to examine them, you will be held liable for the decrease in value of the items the use has caused.

Where applicable we will give you a full refund of the product purchase price . The refund will be paid back to the same method used to pay for the order within 30 days of receiving the notification. However the refund will not be paid before 20 days we have received the items at our warehouse.

The shipping expenses for returning an order are not covered by us, and must be paid by you, and must also be arranged by yourself. 
The items are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. Please make sure you pack the return safely to prevent any damage to the products or boxes. Make sure the product’s original packaging is intact. Please keep receipts and tracking numbers as proof of sending the items back.

 

DAMAGED  ITEMS

 We want all our customers to receive high quality products. If there is something wrong with the product you have received , please contact us at: factory@flexarchery.com

If you send us an e-mail, please include as many details as possible including your order number as well as some pictures if there is something wrong with the product. 

If something is wrong with the product, your claim should be sent to us as soon as possible from the time that you notice the problem. Some items with a limited life for their nature of  use , such as shoes, laces, strings, nocks, vanes, etc. have a limited coverage. In this case we refund the product cost after the product was received in our warehouse.

If you send back damaged items  please fill out the return form that came with your order. Send it along with the items you wish to return.

The items are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. Please ensure you pack the return safely to prevent (any further) damage to the products or boxes. And please keep receipts and tracking codes as a proof of sending the items back.

Transport cost for warranty services for direct customers ( not dealers/distributors) inside the EU:  We need to have in house the items you claim for determine if is under warranty services.  Items most be received at our warehouse at paid transport. If after inspection the product is affected for some warranty service we will refund the shipping cost with  the limit of  14 euros including VAT.  Products in warranty service can be repaired, refunded or changed at Flex choice in this order.

Please note that items bought on sale or custom made cannot be exchanged.

A Force Majeur is in the event of war, civil war, revolution, riot, governmental measures, strike, lockout, blockage, failure of electricity, telephone or internet service, natural disasters or similar events.
